Will I receive the same product shown in the pictures?
Yes. Sellers are required to upload accurate photos that represent the actual product being sold.
Where can I report a problem with a seller or item?
You can report issues through the “Report” button on the product page or contact our support team directly via chat or email.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Restocking depends on the seller. Some products are restocked regularly—others may be available on backorder.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 7 days if they are unused and in their original packaging. Some items may not be eligible for return (e.g., perishable or personal items).
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we only accept M-Pesa but we are going to incorporate more payment systems soon
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 1–5 business days. Backorder items may take 30–60 days, depending on availability.
How do I open a shop on the platform?
Simply click on “Become a Seller,” fill in the registration form, and upload your business details. Once approved, you can start selling.
